Back to the Bay reports that the gap between Alf and his son grows bigger when Duncan comes clean about a crucial matter. Marilyn and John, on the other hand, take a stab to be generous foster parents to Jordan, who’s celebrating his 16th birthday. Meanwhile, Ash confesses to Kat about Justin’s investment in the garage, and Tori can’t imagine the possibility of trusting his brother again.

Seven Network posted a sneak peek of the upcoming episode. In the trailer, Justin lashes at Ash and said he’s not going to jail. Justin also tells Kat that his investment on the garage is none of her business. It seems Kat’s suspicions about Justin continue to grow, and she confronts Ash about it. “I can’t be in a relationship with a liar,” Kat tells Ash. “So unless you can be honest with me, we’re done.” Meanwhile, Duncan reveals to Alf that he has a kid. Alf assumes Duncan only went back home to ensure that he won’t get cut off his father’s will.

“Home and Away” recap

On Tuesday, Phoebe remained relentless with pursuing the truth about what happened between Justin and his family. Justin told her that he broke their trust by not telling them something important. She urged him to make an effort to win them back, but Justin bit her head off for being too preachy. Phoebe ranted to Brody, who told her to back off. She refused, however, and said she’ll continue bugging them until they sort out their family problems. Brody heeded Phoebe’s advice and went to see Justin but things didn’t go well. Brody headed to the restaurant and threatened Phoebe that if she mentions Justin’s name again, she’s fired. Phoebe did not back down however, and invited Justin to Salt to have a talk with Tori and Brody. Justin tried to explain his side, and it looked like things were progressing quite well. However, when Justin revealed to them about being a partner in Ash’s garage, they thought he was lying again and hiding money from them. In the end, they kicked Justin out of the restaurant.

Things were awkward between Tori and Nate, after she pushed him to go for Danika. Later, Nate confided with Chris that he likes Tori, but she may not be feeling the same way. Chris said that if Nate wasn’t into Danika that much, he should let her go or he might miss the boat with Tori. At the beach, Tori met a stranger, who turned out to be Duncan, Alf’s son. The two talked about their respective family drama. Tori also discussed about Nate, and she said she seemed to completely misread the signals and thought he liked her. Later, while Nate was having lunch with Danika at Salt, they saw Tori with her new friend. When Chris saw Nate kissing Danika goodbye at their house, Chris teased Nate mercilessly, saying that he’s not into casual affairs. Nate said Tori’s not into him and he’s having a good time with Danika anyway.

At the garage, Matt and Ash were struggling to keep their business afloat. Matt wanted to use the money left by Andy, but Ash refused, knowing that it came from an illegitimate job. They decided to compromise and ask Justin to pretend he’s investing $50,000 at the garage. When Ash approached Justin about it, he hesitated at first but soon accepted, as long as they both keep it a secret. Later, Ash shared this information with Kat, who was suspicious about Justin and his money.

Meanwhile, Duncan turned up at Alf’s doorstep. Roo was ecstatic, but Alf had a completely different reaction -- he walked out without giving his son even a hint of a smile.
