Politicians, journalists and celebrities gather for one night at the 98th annual White House Correspondent's Dinner in Washington. While government officials are there for some smart talk, celebrities glam up the red carpet.

Hollywood celebrities are called to come forward this time for the 98th annual White House Correspondent's Dinner. President Obama, who was host for the event, thanked all those who were in attendance for the time they have allotted for the special night.

There were some big names from the showbusiness industry that were present for the dinner. Spotted were Steven Spielberg, George Clooney, Charlize Theron, Kate Hudson, Reese Witherspoon, Dakota Fanning, Viola Davis, Eva Longria and a lot more.

Also spotted in the banquet were headline makers Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan. Kim was together with her mother Kris Jenner while Lindsay was wit her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley.

The two seemed to be odd balls but nonetheless, Lindsay Lohan who is struggling to make up for her loss in her career looked like she enjoyed the night.

President Obama didn't hold anything back when he spoke in front of everyone during the dinner. He tackled the recent Secret Service scandal in Columbia, dog socialism, and the current sate of media nowadays. Of course he didn't reserve talking about the political arena and his desires towards it.

While he spoke about some serious business, he also made witty remarks at the Kardashians. While Lindsay Lohan shared a brief talk with former Senator Rick Santorum.
