Recent benchmark tips show the formidable capabilities of the successors to the Samsung A3 and A5. Leaked reports on specs and designs show these follow-ups of the Galaxy A3 (i.e., model SM-A310) and A5 (i.e., model SM A510) are going to be launched very soon.

Leaks show the follow-on devices have a few differences with its predecessors. Unlike matte metals used in the last two A3 and A5 releases, the two new editions will likely be clad in other materials. What you'll see now is a mirror image that’s more akin to glass back as opposed to metal design used previously, as reported by Phone Arena.

As far as specs, the two new entries will boast of a host of features, according to GFXBench database. The Galaxy A3 edition will possibly feature a 4.7-inch HD display and the Galaxy A4 will sport a 5.2-inch HD display. Besides, the successor A3 will pack the Exynos 7580 SoC and will be powered by quad-core 1.5GHz CPU and Mali-T720 GPU.

The new phone will also sport 1.5 GB RAM with 16 GB internal storage and a 5 MP front camera. On the other hand, the A5 edition will come with a 5.2-inch screen powered by an Exynos 7 Octa at 1.6 GHz, 13 MP camera and 2 GB RAM, by Phone Arena.

If the editions are to be announced soon, both are likely to get Android 6.0 Marshmallow updates. Chances are high the phones will have a fingerprint scanner embedded underneath the home key, which could also support Samsung Pay.
