One Direction’s Harry Styles had a minor onstage accident during the North American leg of the band’s “On The Road Again” concert tour. The singer comically tumbled off the side of the stage, and fans took to Twitter to share funny renditions of the incident.

The band was in San Diego Thursday, July 9, when the incident happened. While the group was singing “Through the Dark,” Styles was dragging his microphone stand when it got caught on something and the singer fell backwards. The fall was so funny, stated TMZ, that the rest of the One Direction band members started laughing. Afterwards, the embarrassed singer asked the crowd to delete the video, in case fans were able to capture the epic fall.

Unfortunately, One Direction fans were unable to keep silent for long and shared funny snaps of the singer’s tumble. Styles’ onstage fall became a meme, reported Time, where Twitter fans used the hashtag #OhNoHarry. The various posts included pictures of the singer’s mid-fall pose depicted in funny but artful images such as Styles’ seemingly riding the waves on a surfboard, captioned: “THIS IS THE BEST FANDOM EVER!! HAHA #OhNoHarry.” The Twitter user even attached two emoticons that had tears coming out of its eyes from laughing so hard.

Another also featured the singer in the same mid-fall pose, but this time wearing a photoshopped hat and colorful flared skirt. The creative fan drew the skirt to make it appear like Styles was holding on to the ends of the skirt.

Even co-band member Niall Horan’s reaction was captured on Twitter. The picture showed the singer laughing with his eyes closed and head slightly thrown back. The image was captioned: “NIALL'S REACTION WHEN HARRY FELL ON STAGE IS JUST PRICELESS.”

Despite Style’s comical fall, One Direction fans seemed to have enjoyed the concert. Horan even took to Twitter, writing: "San Diego! U were badass! The stadium was one of the best I've ever seen, the crowd was insane! Loved every minute of it," E!News reported.

The San Diego concert held July 9 was the first time that One Direction performed in America after Zayn Malik left the group. The band is still on its “On The Road Again” concert tour which will have them going around the U.S., Canada, U.K. and Ireland.
