With the “Halo 5: Guardians” still fresh on gamers’ playlists, 343 Industries is helping keep gamers’ interest in the game strong this coming weekend. Following an open poll for players to cast their votes on what playlist will be featured for the game’s multiplayer, the developer has confirmed what everyone can play over the weekend.

Over at the official Halo Waypoint blog, 343 Industries confirmed that Shotty Snipers for the weekend playlist. It was deemed as the undisputed winning playlist, winning over Strongholds and Capture the Flag.

Available until Monday morning Pacific Time, gamers can access it on all Arena maps. The Shotty Snipers playlist will also offer bigger XP rewards. Before diving into the weekend playlist, it should be noted that it should be noted that 343 Industries is bringing some changes and additions based on community feedback.

Some changes include the removal of Orion from all playlists to fix the exploits in the map. There are additional maps in specific areas. For Team Arena, four maps have been added, namely Altitude for Breakout, Regret for Slayer, Empire for Capture the Flag and Plaza for Strongholds.

Additionally, Slayer and SWAT playlists each get four additional maps. For Slayer, the developer added Truth, Empire, Fathom and Pegasus, while SWAT got the additional Empire, Fathom, Truth and Coliseum. Finally, Free for All is also getting four additional maps, which are the same additional lineup as the SWAT playlist.

In the hopes of aiding players even more when it comes to finding the right players to fill in positions in the multiplayer, 343 Industries has also reportedly been looking into an online tool that can be used for “Halo 5: Guardians.” According to Express, the online tool is geared towards the creation of recruitment ads for squads. Players should then prepare for ads appearing on the Xbox platform.

These will come from Squadvertiser.com, which is the online site where players can create and disseminate ads in different mediums. For Xbox One players of “Halo 5: Guardians,” there is a job board feature to see the ads, which cover nine countries’ worth of exposure. The report added that there are more than 1,500 ads currently in Great Britain related to “Halo 5: Guardians.”
