Supermodel Hailey Baldwin has set the record straight over speculations that she was dating 5 Seconds of Summer band member Luke Hemmings.

Baldwin took to Twitter to deny the dating rumours. The supermodel posted on Twitter last Friday, Nov. 27, that she “never went on a date” with the 5 Seconds of Summer musician. She wrote, "I never went on a date with Luke from 5 Seconds of Summer. So if everyone wants to chill, that'd be d---."

According to E!News, Baldwin has deleted her Friday Twitter message, where she denied the romance rumours. Later that day the supermodel shared a quick Thanksgiving update for her fans. She wrote, "Again, I just wanna bake muffins. I give up lmfao."

The dating rumours between Baldwin and Hemming started when the two were seen together in a New York restaurant in October. Sources told E!News then that the two were just “good friends” and that they only had a “friendly dinner.”

"There's nothing romantic is going on at this time,” the E!News sources continued.

This is not the first time that Baldwin was subject of romance rumours. The model was previously linked to Justin Bieber but she already denied she was dating the “What Do You Mean” crooner. Baldwin told E!News earlier this year that she’s known Bieber for a long time and that they were just friends.

Meanwhile, 5 Seconds of Summer band members recently told Entertainment Tonight (ET) during the American Music Awards’ red carpet event that they may have ruined their chances of striking up a friendship with Bieber, given Hemmings’ celebrity crush on Selena Gomez. In August, Hemmings’ co-band members joked about his big crush on Bieber’s former girlfriend.

However, the Australian band is now thinking that those jokes may have hindered a possible bromance between Hemmings and Bieber. Michael Clifford told ET, “We think that Justin Bieber actually hates us and we’re actually worried that it’s because of this strange rumour.”

Ashton Irwin added, “We want to cut the beef - we want to slice it into thing thin-cut beef,” while Hemmings told ET that he’s willing to forget his big crush on Gomez. “I just wanna be friends with Justin Bieber,” he explained.
