Gwyneth Paltrow celebrated Thanksgiving with her family and ex husband Chris Martin.

Paltrow recently took to Instagram to share a rare pic of her family as she spent Thanksgiving with Chris and their kids - daughter Apple Blythe Alison Martin and son Moses Bruce Anthony Martin.

Paltrow and Martin share an amicable relationship despite ending their 10-year old marriage in 2014. However, this is the very first time after the split that Gwyneth has shared a photograph with Chris. Apparantly, the Thanksgiving Day turned out to be special for Apple and Moses.

"Happy Thanksgiving from us to you!" the 43-year old actress captioned her Instagram pic that she uploaded on Thursday night after celebrating the Thanksgiving Day. Paltrow and Chris were on either sides of the group pic that had nearly 17 people. The massive gathering celebrated the day with a scrumptious meal.

The entire gathering was brimming with joy as they appeared "super happy and chummy and looked like a happy, regular family having a big pre-Thanksgiving dinner," People reported.

According to E! News, Paltrow and her family were in New York. Her mum and brother, Blythe Danner and Jake Paltrow too were in attendance.

Gwyneth and Chris tied the knot in a super-secretive ceremony without their family and friends in 2003. The rumours surrounding their breakup started doing the rounds soon after their marriage but they confirmed the rumours only in March 2014.

Post the split, Chris has found love again in actress Annabelle Wallis, 31, while Paltrow is said to be dating American Horror Story co-creator Brad Falchuk.

On the work front, the Coldplay frontman is waiting for their seventh studio album titled “A Head Full Of Dreams,” which is slated to be released on Dec. 4. While, Paltrow recently released her own clutch collection which is inspired by her favourite rappers, including close pal Jay Z. In addition to this, Paltrow has also written the lyrics for the new Coldplay album. She even features in the newly released track “Everglow” from the album.
