Guns N’ Roses will be touring Australia in February 2017. Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan got back together and hit the road earlier this year in the US. Now, it has been reported that the rockers will be touring Down Under in 2017 in their period leathers and signature style for their 'Not in this Lifetime' tour. The band members are currently touring South America and US.

When Australia’s infamous Guns N’ Roses tour of 1993 hit Melbourne's Calder Park, the gig turned out to be a disaster with promoter Michael Chugg finding it impossible to control the 150,000 strong crowd. That was the last time the band played in Australia. Australian fans have long waited for the trio to play again and their dreams are coming true.

Earlier this week, rumours of a GNR comeback gained momentum and were confirmed on Wednesday. The reformed band will be touring Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. GNR is known for their smash hits, such as, Sweet Child O’ Mine, Welcome to the Jungle and November Rain. Tickets for the show will go on sale from Friday, Aug. 26, writes News.com.au.

A billboard announcing the band’s tour appeared on Monday above Melbourne’s Young and Jackson pub. As per the information provided, the band will take stage in one of the world’s greatest stadiums, the MCG, on Feb. 14, 2017.

The dates for the tour have been revealed by Guns over OZ Facebook page. The band will be playing at Brisbane’s QSAC Stadium on Tuesday, Feb. 7, Sydney’s ANZ Stadium on Friday, Feb. 10, Melbourne’s MCG on Tuesday, Feb. 14, Adelaide’s Oval on Saturday, Feb. 18 and Perth’s Perth Domain Stadium on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017.
