Rockstar has yet to announce an exact release date for Heists for "GTA V Online." However, a report claims the developer's update on the release of the DLC hints the content will come with the 1.19 update for "Grand Theft Auto V Online."

Aretheheiststhereyet has been keeping tabs on the DLC release. It's been 422 days as of writing since "GTA V Online" was released, and there are still no sign of Heists yet. Rockstar previously announced that details on the release of online Heists will be revealed very soon. This announcement was made prior to the release of "GTA V" for the PS4 and Xbox One on Nov. 18. "We know you're all excited for more Updates to come and we've got some really exciting stuff in the works to continue adding to, expanding and evolving the world of Grand Theft Auto Online - including the highly anticipated launch of Online Heists," Rockstar wrote on its newswire.

However, aside from another announcement on "continuing free content updates," Rockstar has yet to actually reveal an exact release date for the DLC. Gamers were anticipating the content with the release of the 1.18 update for "GTA V Online." But as per Gospelherald, players just got more concerned when the 65 MB patch only brought in bug fixes and no Heists.

However, Product Reviews claims Heists will be released with the "next major update." The site supposed the 1.19 patch for "GTA V Online" would bring in not only fixes to bugs but also content updates. "Considering the GTA V 1.19 update is next, it will either be to fix problems and bugs, or this will be a major update with the confirmed Heists DLC," writer Daniel Chubb said.

Additionally, Chubb points to a previous confirmation from Rockstar regarding the DLC's release. On its newswire, Rockstar promised Heists will be the first "GTA V Online" content to be released after the game's launch on the PS4 and Xbox One. The next-gen console version has since been released, so there's supposedly every reason to expect the 1.19 update to contain not only bug fixes but also the anticipated Heists.
