As Halloween and Veterans Day draws near, gamers are gearing up for what Rockstar may have in store for the online version of "GTA V." Fans are supposedly expecting that the 1.18 update could include some hydra jets, attack helicopters and possibly zombies to celebrate the said occassions.

Product Reviews claims the "GTA V" 1.18 update was expected to be released this week. However, in line with the coming month's Halloween celebration, Rockstar may have decided to postpone it to a later date. Writer Alan Ng supposed the online update could come at the end of the month for a special Halloween-themed "GTA." Citing YouTube user DomisLive, the International Business Times adds gamers are hoping to see a "The Walking Dead" theme for the Halloween DLC, with the appearance of the undead-zombies. Likewise, the usual Halloween-themed masks of skeletons, scarecrows and pumpkins are expected. Fans are reportedly also asking game developers to add in some vampires, werewolves and possibly some "cool weapons" depicting the occasion (hint: chainsaws).

A zombie DLC for "GTA V Online" was previously rumoured to be included in the PlayStation 4 game version. While Rockstar has yet to confirm the release, Gamerant noted some YouTube videos that seemingly suggest its possibility. A "ZMB" and "SPZOMBIES" acronyms were reportedly spotted by gamers in the "GTA V" programing system. Likewise, user Chr0m3xMoDz spotted a hidden content with codes labelled as "Trevor" and "Dead."

Speculations that Rockstar is bringing the world of the undead to "GTA V Online" initially started back in August. According to the International Digital Times, a PlayStation Official Magazine cover supposedly teased the zombie DLC. The content was likewise rumoured to be released this month or in November. However, fans may have to wait for any official announcement from the developers about this matter.

"GTA V Online" could contain new military-themed downloadable content, such as hydra jets and attack helicopters. Hereisthecity once revealed a source code that supposedly links to the inclusion of the hydra in coming updates. Likewise, IBTimes claims an Army DLC could be included in the "GTA V" 1.18 update as hinted by DomisLive. This is supposedly to commemorate Veterans Day (also known as Armistice Day), which comes on November 11.
