"GTA V Online" fans are still awaiting Rockstar's official announcement on the release date for Heists. However, photos have been making the rounds online, which supposedly support claims the DLC will be one of the contents in the new 1.18 update.

Courtesy of YouTube user DomisLive, gamers are requesting confirmation whether the leaked images are fake or not. A "leaked Heist menu" was reportedly seen by "GTA V Online" gamers, according to The Epoch Times. As seen on the screen grab from the video below, the "Request Heist Job" amounting to $10000 supposedly refers to the DLC. However, DomisLive contests that "no way" is the leaked image referring to the content, which will reportedly be in the 1.18 update.

Furthermore, another image shows a text pointing for gamers to "contact Lester" if they want to "request for a Heist Job." However, this photo is likewise fake, adds The Epoch Times. The site says the text only appears when a gamer is on one of the recently released "GTA V Online" Jobs. Unfortunately, both images obviously refer to a fake leaked Heists DLC.

Heists for "GTA V Online" was initially scheduled to be released in spring as Rockstar Games previously claimed. However, the DLC is taking "too much time to create than originally anticipated." According to AreTheHeistsThereYet.com, it's been 385 days as of writing since "GTA V Online" was announced. Rockstar still has to provide the release date for Heists. "We are very sorry for the delay, and are working hard to bring them to you as soon as we can," a Rockstar Games administrator said.

Fans are clearly already getting frustrated at the long wait. One fan even vented out his impatience on the developer's site. Gamer Marcos42563 claimed "GTA V Online" could outdo with "s**tty patches" and developers should have released Heists instead.

In related news, the "GTA V Online" 1.18 update is believed to contain DLCs to celebrate the coming Halloween and Veterans Day (Armistice Day). The International Business Times Australia previously provided the details. There is the potential inclusion of hydra jets, attack helicopters and zombies in the update patch. A zombie DLC has long been rumoured for "GTA V Online" especially when players saw some codes on the game's programing system referring to the undead. A "ZMB" and "SPZOMBIES" acronyms were reportedly spotted along with the codes "Trevor" and "Dead." However, as with the release of Heists, fans will have to wait until Rockstar Games makes the official announcement on these contents.
