A difficult surgery will bring back some crucial moments for Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo), Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd), Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.) and Stephanie Edwards (Jerrika Hinton) as they work hand in hand to save a life. This episode will be directed by Debbie Allen and will interestingly take Webber on centre stage even with his current circumstances.

A very challenging surgery will trigger some life changing memories for the main characters. Their individual memories might be so bad that it looks like these are going to affect how they will work in this challenging procedure. How they go about such a challenge that has a dual aspect in work and in their personal lives remains to be seen.

This upcoming episode might tease that April Kepner (Sarah Drew) could be dating Jo Wilson’s (Camilla Luddington) ex. In the season 12 finale, Jo had revealed that she was married. In the previous episode, April had tried to move on from Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) and start dating again and fan speculations say that she will end up dating Jo’s ex which will later expose the truth about Jo being married.
