Last week fans saw how the new cardiothoracic head and Meredith's half sister try to build rapport with others in the hospital and make her own space. Maggie and Amelia begin to bond and find friend in each other. Later, Maggie drops the bomb on Meredith and makes the big revelation. However, Meredith refuses to believe her.

The next new episode of ABC's long-running medical drama is titled "Got to Be Real." On its official website, the network has released synopsis of the segment hinting at some interesting new medical experiments and cases and relationship drama.

According to the media report, Owen encourages Callie to contribute to a new project that involves patients of Veterans Hospital. He urges her to assist the veterans and "help them with her robotic limb lab."

In the last aired episode, Callie and Arizona had an argument over Arizona's fetal surgery fellowship and they decided that she will pursue it. But with Callie also taking up a new challenge, will they be able to work thing out as they promised each other?

Furthermore, Meredith's closeness with Alex is going to create problems for Jolex. The report notes that Meredith and Alex's deepening friendship makes Jo feel insecure. Meanwhile, Maggie continues her struggle to become a part of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. She finds a friend and confidant in her father Richard.

Cristina's exit impacted more than just Owen and Meredith. Her vacant seat on board of directors has led to an unlikely rivalry in the hospital. The media report notes that in the upcoming segment the two of them will take their conflict "in front of the board." Will the board of directors be able to decide who is worthy of the prestigious position?

Meanwhile, promo video from "Grey's Anatomy" Season 11 Episode 3 "Got to Be Real" has been released. In the clip, Meredith talks to Alex while he is showering. She is talking about Maggie, who recently broke the news about being her biological sister, when she almost removes the shower curtain. Another promo video shows Callie and Owen work on their first case involving robotic limb. The two seem to have different opinions on the case.
