Grey's Anatomy Season 10 spoilers reveal two new characters joining the next two episodes of the ABC medical drama. Ellen Pompeo, who plays new mum Meredith Grey, has only one reason to cry on Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premiere. If you're an avid fan of the series, you are likely to speculate, too. Here is Ellen's controversial viral tweet:

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Spoilers, Teasers, and Speculations

Fans of Grey's Anatomy have been digging spoilers since the Season 9 ended in May. But there has only been limited scoop, especially from the very secretive (and fiction-deadly) creator, Shonda Rhimes.

Here are what we know, so far:

1. Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premiere airs on Sept. 26 in U.S. TV via ABC.

2. The new chapter will kick off in two parts (2-hr episode).

3. Ellen Pompeo and Jessica Capshaw (Arizona Robbins of the Calzona couple) are thinking of something that rhymes with "vodka" to complete a slogan for the new season.

4. "Being Human" actor Bobby Campo and "Hellcats" actress Heather Hemmens will join the premiere as engaged couple affected by a tragedy. They are likely to penetrate the soft hearts of Jo Wilson (Of Jolex) and April Kepner (Of Japril).

5. Jackson Avery (Of Japril) seems safe and sound after the explosion that he barely escaped. April needs to know one thing from him. He's not likely to get in the way of another man's wedding. But what if he learns a thing or two from the season premiere's special guest stars?

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Premiere to Feature Richard Webber's Death?

Ellen Pompeo may be warning of tears for the Crowen (Cristina Yang and Owen Hunt) or Calzona split. Or, she may be talking about the death of her "father," Richard Webber.

Richard was unconscious in the final scene of the Grey's Season 9 finale. He is understood to have been electrocuted in the aftermath of a super storm.
