Grey's Anatomy Season 10 spoilers have revealed the title of the Sept. 26 premiere episode. The 2-hr special episode will be called, "Seal Our Fate." How does this title affect the fans' favourite couples, from Jolex to Calzona to Crowen to Japril?

Jolex (Jo Wilson and Alex Karev) can now be officially called a couple. Or at least that's what many fans wanted to believe. After all, Jo and Alex seem to have sealed their fate with a kiss on Grey's Anatomy Season 9 finale. Calzona (Callie Torres and Arizona Robbins) might break-up, though. Series creator Shonda Rhimes might show more of Arizona's PTSD, but this does not guarantee a relationship repair.

Meanwhile, Crowen (Cristina Yang and Owen Hunt) seems hopeless, while Japril (Jackson Avery and April Kepner) can go either way -- gloom or bloom.

Veronica Cartwright (The X-Files), Bobby Campo (Being Human) and Heather Hemmens (Hellcats) will be on Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premiere. Earlier spoilers indicate the Grey Sloan Memorial will be admitting firefighters, and one of them is engaged.

Engaged like Mapril-engaged, you ask? April and Matthew could still cancel their engagement. Japril could still make it. But how will Jackson react to April's very odd, very messy timing?

Grey's Anatomy, MerDer: 'Dramatic, emotional and exciting'

TV Line cited Grey's Anatomy Season 10 consulting producer, Dan Bucatinsky, as saying Meredith Grey will be dealing with the aftermath of a rough birth. The premiere will be "dramatic, emotional and exciting," Bucatinsky said. But what about Richard Webber? If he dies, Meredith might just lose it.

Bucatinsky also hinted the interns will have bigger, better scenes in Grey's Anatomy Season 10. This makes sense because Camilla Luddington (who plays half of the beloved Jolex couple), Gaius Charles, Jerrika Hinton and Tessa Ferrer are now series regulars. "(The interns) are going to be part of what's fun and fresh about this season. We're going to get to know them better."

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premiere will pick up where it left off, reports say. Avid fans are expected to prep those Kleenex boxes this early.
