Most of the Grey's couples are helplessly struggling in "Everybody's Crying Mercy." But the title best describes the fans and shippers of Calzona (Callie and Arizona), Crowen (Cristina and Owen), and Japril (Jackson and April). Only Jolex (Jo and Alex) are in a pretty good, sweet place.

Highlights of Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 3:

Here is a quick look into the central characters of "Everybody's Crying Mercy."

Meredith and Derek (MerDer). The new parents will lose it if Callie were not staying at their home. What happens to them once she's fixed her marriage? Derek asks.

Jo and Alex (Jolex). Yang raids Karev's room for a cute and rare sibling banter early in the morning. She wants Karev to "braid her hair" because he has yet to sleep with Wilson. Karev insists Jo is worth the wait. But Jo Wilson is not going to waste her last pair of sexy undies. She makes a hilarious move to finally get Karev in bed.

Callie and Arizona (Calzona). Callie realizes Arizona needs a shrink, not a marriage counselor. She wants her wife to really re-evaluate her life and the person she's become after the Season 8 finale plane crash. They're in a marriage crucible. And they have been very unhappy way before the cheating, Callie declares.

Cristina and Owen (Crowen). Cristina tells Owen to date other women. Things are really over between them. They can't even be alone together in a room. Otherwise, she'd touch his arm. Or he'd kiss her good luck. And then they're back to sex. No more of that, says Yang. Grey's Anatomy Season 10 is Sandra Oh's last season in the ABC drama. Crowen fans seem to have no choice but to let go.

Jackson and April (Japril). When April Kepner goes for a big hug, Jackson raises his hand for a high five. She's taken aback, but April composes herself. At least they're back to being friends. And she finally passes the Board Exam!

Richard Webber. In Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 2, Chief Webber says he's made the right choice, declaring Meredith "family." But he's going to show the opposite to Mer, because she's a new mum, and he can't have her worrying about him.

Shane Ross. He has yet to deal with Heather's death, but he's standing up against Medusa and the Nazi - combined - just to keep Richard Webber alive. He can't have another doc death at Grey Sloan Memorial.
