Fans of Disney’s hit animated series “Gravity Falls” were recently treated with a new parody video featuring the actors who voiced the beloved Pines twins. Kristen Schaal and Jason Ritter, popularly known as the voices of Mabel and Dipper respectively, starred in a quirky infomercial to show how they keep “Gravity Falls: Journal 3” safe from various elements.

The video [watch below] opens with Schaal, who shares her new invention: book sweaters. It’s definitely a more fashionable and trendy way to protect those precious pages than the traditional book jackets. As she invites viewers to call and order the book sweaters, Ritter comes in and tries to outdo Schaal with his own contraption, which he calls the Journalert.

According to Ritter, “Journal 3” contains dark secrets that should never fall into the wrong hands and only his offer, made of bullet-proof steel, can guard the book from dark forces for 1,000 years. When Schall scoffs off that he’d die by then, he insists that “Gravity Falls is real, and it will never die.”

Ritter also mocks Schaal, telling her that no creep in his right mind would buy the book sweater. Apparently, he is dead-wrong – the camera pans to the show’s creator, Alex Hirsch, who says he’ll take 10 of her invention, as he hoards copies of the new book.

“Gravity Falls: Journal 3” is expected to be a hit among fans who missed the animated series since it aired its last episode early last year. Filled with new monsters, secrets and notes from Dipper and Mabel, the 288-page full-color hardcover book is accompanied by a book jacket, which doubles as an exclusive poster. The book is written by Hirsch and Rob Renzetti, while Andy Gonsalves, Stephanie Ramirez were the illustrators.

“Gravity Falls,” which first aired in June 2012, followed the adventures of Dipper and Mabel Pines who spent summer with their great-uncle, Grunkle Stan, voiced by Hirsch. The twins helped him run a tourist inn called The Mystery Shack, while they also investigate a quirky town filled with supernatural creatures. After two seasons, the show aired its one-hour finale in Feb. 2016, an episode titled “Weirdmageddon 3: Take Back the Falls.”

The series also featured the voices of J. K. Simmons as Stanford Pines, Grunkle Stan’s long-lost twin brother, as well as Linda Cardellini as Wendy Corduroy, a part-time employee at The Mystery Shack and Dipper’s love interest. Hirsch also lent his voice to character Soos Ramirez, the Mystery Shack handyman.
