With the much anticipated Grammy Awards 2013 less than a few days away, what better way to celebrate its arrival than to take a look back at the Grammys 2012. Hopefully, Hollywood musicians learn to dress appropriately this time around especially with the "no butts and no boobs out" rule. Take a look at the worst dressed stars at the last Grammy Awards.

Who could ever forget Nicki Minaj's red religious themed dress? Complete with a pope, Minaj definitely rubbed off the wrong idea on religious folk. Despite having a Versace cloak, the red outfit certainly didn't mix well. Fans of the singer and rapper should only hope Nicki hires a fashion designer this coming Grammy Awards to dress her up.

Black Eyed Peas singer, Fergie may have showed off some bootylicious curves at the 2012 Grammy Red Carpet but those black granny panties were anything but hot. The orange floor length see-through gown by Jean Paul Gaultier could have worked without the black undies and bra.

Adam Levine's ex-girlfriend, Anne V could have pulled off her look at the red carpet. Yet, everyone in the fashion industry agreed that a loincloth-inspired dress is nothing close of sexy.

Sasha Gradiva appeared to have entered the wrong red carpet with her outfit. Trying to resemble Lady Gaga, Sasha opted to have two metallic guns strapped to her right arm. The pink flowing dress could have worked and earned her a spot in the best dresses list if not for the guns.

Cyndi Lauper tried a bit too hard with her look at the 2012 Grammys. Sporting a who-knows what attire, the singer could have just stuck to the basic black gown look.

The same thing goes for pop singer, Robyn who had sported a mullet-style dress. Rather than pairing it off with heels, Robyn had sunk lower in the worst dressed list with pairing off the ensemble with work boots and a baggy white shirt.

Despite not walking on the red carpet, Lady Gaga's outfit did not go unnoticed. Sporting the fishnet look, Gaga could have passed off as a fish out of water - with net and all.

Fans should cross those fingers hard that their favorite celebrities do manage to dress up appropriately for the night or risk becoming the laughing stock for the whole year.
