Google is apparently offering the widely popular Nexus 6 smartphone at a discounted price via Google Play store. Therefore, potential buyers in the UK can grab this deal right away.

As far as the Nexus 6 price is concerned, the device can be purchased for £399. It is worth noting that the Motorola-built smartphone can be availed in two variants. The model with 32 GB internal memory comes at £399, whereas the original price used to be £479. Meanwhile, the variant with 64 GB of internal storage capacity is priced at £479. Tthe original price of the device in the UK was £549, notes Express UK.

Google offered the Nexus 6 smartphone for £304 (32 GB version) very recently. However, that price cut was for a limited period only. The search giant is rumoured to unveil the flagship smartphone for 2015 alongside the Android M release schedule.

Moving on to the key Google Nexus 6 specifications, the device comes with a large 5.96-inch display, aided by an impressive Quad HD screen resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels. Under the hood, this Google device comes powered by a quad-core (Qualcomm Snapdragon 805) SoC, clocked at 2.7 GHz. Plus, it is backed by a good 3 GB of RAM unit.

When it comes to camera specification, the Nexus 6 houses a solid 13 MP rear-facing unit packed with dual-LED flash. In addition, there’s a 2 MP front-facing snapper unit for selfies and video chats. Even though the smartphone does not come with IP 67 or IP 68 rating, it is water-resistant. Speaking of colour choices, the handset can be availed in the popular Midnight Blue and Cloud White hues.

Furthermore, the entire configuration is held together and powered by a killer 3,220 mAh battery unit. Technically, this battery unit can offer up to 24 hours of talk time, in addition to 330 hours of stand-by time. Plus, the handset supports 4G LTE, NFC and wireless charging.
