Spoiler alert: This recap and review contains spoilers on The Good Wife Season 6, Episode 10. Read at your own risk.

There are at least five things to remember from The Good Wife Season 6, Episode 10, aka The Trial. The CBS legal drama is taking a break from Nov. 30 to Dec. 28, so avid viewers should remember during the 5-week wait:

5. Cary pleads guilty. To friends and colleagues, Cary Agos (Matt Czuchry) declares he is innocent. To Judge Richard Cuesta (David Paymer), Cary pleads guilty. This is the fall cliffhanger that gets fans asking: Will Cary be really in jail? What happens next in The Good Wife Season 4 is up to Cary's partner Alicia Florrick (Julianna Margulies) and Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski).

4. Alicia's Joke. Alicia inadvertently creates a campaign situation for Eli Gold (Alan Cumming) and Johnny Elfman (Steven Pasquale) in Good Wife 6x10. She jokes she would knife a teacher if her sick daughter is not excused from class. The teacher sees an opportunity to blackmail Mrs Florrick.

3. Peter Fixes Campaign. Alicia refuses to get blackmailed, but her husband Peter Florrick (Chris Noth) sees what's necessary. A win-win situation follows, and Alicia now has a better chance at beating Frank Prady (David Hyde Pierce) in the race for the Office of the State's Attorney.

2. Kalinda vs Bishop. In a bid to keep Cary safe, Kalinda Sharma (Archie Panjabi) threatens to have social services take away a dangerous druglord's son. This increases fear that Panjabi's Kalinda is not leaving The Good Wife alive at the end of Season 6. Lemond Bishop (Mike Colter) is not going to just let this go.

1. Alicia Florrick and Finn Polmar. The two find themselves in a pancake date when power goes out while they were having dinner. The candle-lit scene confirms to viewers that these two are moving on (or at least that's what where the writers are headed). He is the last man to hold Will Gardner, and she is the last woman Will has loved.

"The Good Wife" Season 6, Episode 10 was written by husband-and-wife series creators Robert King and Michelle King. Frederick E. O. Toye directed the episode. The shockers are in the details in this good fall finale episode.

The things that Kalinda would do for Cary and her war against Bishop are expected to take the beloved character (and her boots) to new levels of fierce and dangerous - just before Archie Panjabi exits The Good Wife.

(It has earlier been reported that Panjabi is leaving the series, but will stay on until the end of Season 6.)
