'Girl Meets World' season 3 episode 12 recap: Everyone unites in search of Riley’s stuffed animal; bear is found in the right place on 'Girl Meets Bear'

Season 3 episode 12 of “Girl Meets World,” titled “Girl Meets Bear,” begins with Maya Hart (Sabrina Carpenter) getting all excited about heading out with Riley Matthews (Rowan Blanchard) to a place called Paco’s for a 25-cent taco event. Riley asks Maya if she thinks anyone else gets as excited for tacos. Corey Matthews (Ben Savage) barges in wearing a shirt with a taco print and very excitedly tells Maya about how much tacos they plan to get.

After a while, Maya will remind Riley not to let anyone or anything get in the way of her enjoying that much tacos. Riley agrees while saying that she does not want to end the day in the hospital.

The morning after, Riley tells Maya that her teddy bear is nowhere to be seen and that they have to find him. Riley immediately calls a family emergency. Cory and Topanga Matthews (Daniel Fishel) ask if it’s a real emergency, but Riley insists that they have to help her find her teddy bear. Lucas Friar (Peyton Meyer) and Farkle Minkus (Corey Forgelmanis) come over wanting to go for tacos, but gets pulled over by Riley in her search for her stuffed toy.

Riley reveals when she first received the bear. Everyone gets emotional upon hearing the story behind it and agree that they have to help her find it. After a while, Maya gets informed that the Tacopalooza is done. Josh Matthews (Uriah Shelton) tells her that they could not find the bear anywhere.

Riley and Lucas reveal that they were looking in the wrong place and eventually ended up in the right one. Then, they tell her that they brought some tacos with them for Maya. She also brought Maya a bobblehead that she had wanted. The episode ends with Zay asking Maya out for a movie, with her saying yes.
