The "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" premier in Sydney was filled with glitz and muscles. However, some of the ladies were disappointed since Channing Tatum wasn't there.

Some ladies who were expecting to see Channing Tatum were put in dismay after the actor was absent during the Sydney premier of their movie "G.I. Joe: Retaliation." Apart from the 32-year-old actor, Bruce Willis was also not able to make an appearance at the Sydney premier.

"G.I. Joe: Retaliation" is the sequel of the 2009 action movie "G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra." Left to walk the red carpet and welcome the fans and the audience were Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Adrianne Palicki and Joseph Mazzello.

So why did Channing Tatum miss the event? Well he is a busy actor after all and apart from that, he must be doting on his pregnant wife Jenna Dewan. The couple have a few months left before they welcome their first baby and Channing already revealed that they will have their baby in London while he's filming.

"We're gonna actually have the baby in London while I'm shooting, then there will be no downtime whatsoever after that," Channing said.

It is a busy year filled with project for the hunky actor. As of the moment he is filming "Foxcatcher" which also stars Mark Ruffalo, Steve Carell and Sienna Miller. His other projects include the movie "White House Down" where he plays a US secret service agent tasked to protect the US president. He also has a movie on post production titled "Jupiter Ascending" which he will star together with Mila Kunis.

But aside from his flourishing career in Hollywood, Channing also expressed his excitement on becoming a dad soon. During his recent interview with Jimmy Kimmel, he called his baby as his "greatest production" yet.
