Georges St-Pierre revealed in a recent interview that he still has no plans of coming back to compete in the UFC. Earlier in October, the former welterweight titlist has been cleared to continue full contract training. St-Pierre is back training at Tristar Gym in Montreal. However, he made it clear that although he keeps on training, it doesn't mean that he is getting ready to step back into the octagon ring.

St-Pierre said in an interview on "You're Welcome! With Chael Sonnen" that training doesn't mean that he is preparing for his return in the UFC. He said that he has always loved to train and has been training since he was seven years old. "Training is part of my life, so it doesn't mean anything," St-Pierre told Sonnen. "It doesn't mean I'm going to be back or not."

St-Pierre added that whether or not he retires from the professional mixed martial arts sports, he will always be training because he likes to keep his body fit and in perfect shape. He said that those are the reasons why he has been working out.

St-Pierre took a break from UFC following his controversial victory over Johny Hendricks in December 2013. Since then, the Canadian mixed martial artist is often asked about when he will return to the professional competition.

UFC President Dana White said in a recent interview that he is confident that St-Pierre will return to UFC. White and UFC CEO Lorenzo Fertitta reportedly fled to Canada to catch up and have lunch with St.Pierre, Yahoo Sports reports. White said he believes that St-Pierre is only enjoying his time away from the octagon ring before he comes back.

St-Pierre's coach Firas Zahabi recently told MMA Fighting that he thinks his protégé will fight in the UFC again before he officially retires. However, Zahabi also made it clear that St-Pierre has no plans of stepping back into the UFC at this moment. St-Pierre reportedly still couldn't make up his mind whether or not he will come back or retire for good.

Aside from training, St-Pierre has kept himself busy by doing some acting side hustles. He played the role of Batroc the Leaper in Marvel's action flick "Captain America: The Winter Soldier." St-Pierre is also slated to star in the remake of "Kickboxer," which is due for release in 2015.
