'General Hospital' spoilers for Mar 1: Nelle plans her escape; Jason breaks a promise; Alexis seeks help

Viewers gave off sighs of relief after Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) was able to safely deliver a healthy baby girl despite falling from a steep ravine. In this next episode of “General Hospital,” trouble brews for a cheating husband who apparently is not careful with his actions. The same goes for the woman who slept with a married man who plans a big escape from a tight situation.
Previously, Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) was frantically searching for Sam who was at the bottom of the ravine. It got darker and darker and he still could not find a sign of her. Meanwhile at the bottom, Sam was already passing out from pain. When the clouds cleared, they found each other. Sam gave birth to a little girl.

Spoilers reveal that on this upcoming episode, Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) will plan her big escape. Jason will break his promise. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will look to Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) for help.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) will not be able to get his wife to see reason. At this point, all that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) sees is red and it looks like there is no stopping her.
Carly will lash out at Sonny, writes Celeb Dirty Laundry. She will lose her trust in him because she caught him at Nelle’s door. Carly will demand that Sonny explain how he can cheat on her. On the other hand, Sonny is in the dark and has no idea how all these happened. He is convinced that he had been in bed with Nelle.
On the other end, Nelle scrambles to explain what had happened to Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell). Nelle will tell Michael that she had done something terrible and the conversation gets harder because she cannot come completely clean. This is exactly why Nelle is still considering making a run for it.
Franco (Roger Howarth) will show up on Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and asks her what he can do. He is stressed about losing his job. It looks like there are not many opportunities in town for reformed criminals.
This episode of “General Hospital” will air on March 1 at 1:00 p.m. on ABC in the US. The soap opera has not appeared on Australian TV since 2011 but fans can definitely still watch the show online via ABC Go.
