'General Hospital' spoilers for Jan 27-29: Jake’s fury towards Sam intensifies, drives him to do something terrible
"General Hospital" (“GH") promises a week full of drama and action at Port Charles in its episodes from Jan. 27 to 29. Spoilers hint that as Jason (Billy Miller) begins to recover his memory, he gets closer again with Sam (Kelly Monaco). This doesn’t sit well with Jake (James Nigbor), whose hatred for Sam drives him to harm her. Other “General Hospital” cast members who will appear this week include Carly (Laura Wright), Sonny (Maurice Benard), Robert (Tristan Rogers), Anna (Finola Hughes), Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise), Sabrina (Teresa Castillo), Morgan (Bryan Morgan), Max (Derk Cheetwood) Ava (Maura West), Franco (Roger Howarth), Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth), Lulu (Emme Rylan), Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero).

TV Guide reports that on Wednesday, Robert and Anna make progress about Carlos and Sabrina’s whereabouts, while Morgan declines an opportunity that promises him a good time. Elsewhere, Carly seeks shelter into Sonny’s arms for a good reason.
On Jan. 28, Max briefs Sonny about the true nature of Ava’s business. Meanwhile, Jake doesn’t take Jason’s news well, and Sabrina relies on Carlos in her time of need.
We Love Soaps reports that “GH” will wrap the week by featuring Franco, who issues a disturbing warning to Liz. Elsewhere, Kristina’s professor corners her and demands answers, while Lulu seeks Maxie and Olivia’s help to keep her marriage from further falling apart.
The show’s official website uploaded a preview video for Jan. 21, showing multiple scenes about the upcoming episode.
On the first scene, Carly asks Ava, “Are you saying that you would reconsider visitation?” Paul is seen on the next part of the video as he wonders to Kiki if her mother said she knew him. The trailer also shows a steamy kiss between Morgan and Darby.
The next scene focuses on Anna and Robert as they show photos of Carlos and Sabrina to a woman and ask her whether she’s seen them. Sabrina figures in another part of the video, as she screams to Carlos, “I can’t do this!” The trailer wraps with Sonny telling Julian that he will pay for killing Duke.

The “GH” episode on Monday showed how Tracy (Jane Elliot) encounters her father while she’s on vacation. Meanwhile, Jason decided that he wanted to do more in order to recover his memories, and said the he didn’t want to stop until he got his life back. Nikolas was also shown proposing to Hayden (Rebecca Budig), who accepted despite her own reservations.
On Tuesday’s episode of "General Hospital," Julian (William deVry) reached out to make peace with Sonny, but Sonny said he couldn’t forgive Julian for what happened to Duke. Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) told Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) that she couldn't do anything with him anymore, and bid him goodbye. Elsewhere, Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) offered to support Lulu, who is left morose over Dante’s decision to divorce her.
