After the PS4's launch, it's the Xbox One's turn to shine in the next couple of days leading up to its launch and already, Microsoft is trying to pave the way with goodies and interesting features.

The Verge has found that the Xbox One will be making use of Kinect gestures when you are trying to browse online via the Internet Explorer. This will be a great improvement compared to the Xbox 360, as this time, there will be better and more varied gestures that you can use. Zooming in, going up or down to navigate, and even using voice commands is now possible with the Xbox One's Kinect.

At the same time, Videogamer reports that the gamers who will have the Xbox Live Gold membership can also enjoy the privileges of free games starting 2014.

"Great news: Access to free games each month is coming for Xbox Live Gold members on #XboxOne - Details coming later in 2014," according to a tweet by Xbox's Major Nelson as quoted by Videogamer.

This may be the way for Xbox One to match up to the free game offerings that the PS4 is touting with its premium PlayStation Plus service as well. Do you think this will win over more fans for the Xbox One? Which console do you now prefer?

Attack on Titan gets another trailer and a story mode

Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyoin in Japanese) may have ended its run for the Japanese animation, but its time to shine as a game has just begun.

Just recently, the new game, Shingeki no Kypojin: Saigo no Tsubasa or Attack on Titan: The Last Wings of Humanity, has had another trailer released. Anime News Network reports that the trailer introduces the main story line, which is similar to the anime. The players start with Eren as the only playable character, but eventually, you will get to play as Mikasa and Armin.

Another game with an anime fanbase, J-Stars Victory VS has more details: Two more shonen heroes are joining the riot. Know the details here.

You will also have allies but they will be computer-controlled, and it's your mission to protect your allies. There's also a World Mode, where four players can band together and play. Characters are customisable in the World Mode, so you can create any kind of character while also participate in missions.

In addition to this, Attack on Titan's Levi's story mode is also available for the Nintendo 3DS game, but only as a downloadable content, according to Siliconera. The report states that Levi's story mode will be free but only for a limited time, and it will only be available once Attack on Titan: The Last Wings of Humanity comes out on December 5.

Fall Out 4 coming back by the holidays?

One of the games in the late 90s, the Fall Out series, seems to be making some headlines as clues to the possible latest installment, Fall Out 4, has been hinted at again and again.

The first time was when Bethesda has filed a European trademark for the name. Of course, a trademark alone does not mean a lot, especially not after the ultimate excitement and disappointment that was brought about by Half-Life 3.

However, IncGamers reports that this trademark seems to have a little more weight to it has been handled by DLA Piper, which could mean that the trademark is really going somewhere.

More gaming rumours still unconfirmed: 3 Legendary Pokemons still lurking within the game.

And as though to strengthen the hopes of gamers, another more solid clue has emerged, this time in the form of a teaser site again from Bethesda. GameRant reports about a new website, The Survivor 2299, which has a countdown time that points to December 11 as the end game.

This particular clue is hard to wield, seeing as how the speculations that link it to being a Fall Out 4 game are heavily reliant on the fact that that the site is not hosted in the U.S. and that it is licensed to Bethesda's parent company, Zenimax Media.

But best to wait it out for a few more weeks until the potential time Bethesda can comment on the rumours.
