There will be a few tragedies in “Game of Thrones” season 8, and one has been revealed. A leaked video from the production set shows a major incident in the North. The following article contains spoilers.

A video posted on Facebook shows the set of Winterfell castle in Northern Ireland set ablaze. The set has been burnt to the ground, which means it is not just a portion that gets destroyed during an attack. Who will destroy the ancestral home of the Starks? There are a few ways in which this will come about.

As previously reported, leaked pictures suggest that the Lannisters may be the first to attack the castle in the North. Will Cersei (Lena Headey) order it to be burnt?

The other option involves the Stark children setting their home ablaze after letting the enemy in. Their whole army may be on the march to fight the Night King, so the empty castle may be a good bait to lure the Lannisters in and burn them all alive.

The other possibility is that the Night King will arrive with his army and use the zombie Viserion to burn down Winterfell. The army of the Dead has already crossed the Wall, and the first that will have to face the threat is House Stark.

Meanwhile, production is back in Dubrovnik, The Dubrovnik Times reports. The crew has reportedly set up a logistics tent and the construction of the sets has also begun.

A small set was constructed near the Lovrijenac Fortress, which previously stood in for the Red Keep. Filming is set to begin at this location.
