Kit Harington recently revealed that things are going to get really dark and bleak with remaining seasons of “Game of Thrones.” The HBO high-fantasy TV series have always been successful in keeping its fans at the edge of their seats and if Harington is to be believed, there will be shocking moments galore in “Game of Thrones” Season 7.

Harington said he hasn’t yet gone through the script. [Spoiler Alert] But he guessed that the remaining seasons 7 and 8 will focus a lot on the White Walkers and Army of the Dead as “Winter” is here in full force and that can only mean more misery for the characters and fans alike.

“Game of Thrones” has never shied away from killing off characters fans grew to like barring Jon Snow’s resurrection, that the showrunners thought was important to the plot. There was also fan demand.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Harington said that if the showrunners do consent on giving the series a happy ending, it would come at a price. If at all there is any heroic moment for Jon or anyone else, it would get very dark before things get better. He then teased everyone would have a really bad time with the arrival of the White Walkers.

Speaking on his resurrection, Harington revealed that Jon is a changed man as he has come back with the knowledge that there is nothing after death. All his life, before his resurrection, he was religious in some ways and always wanted to be reunited with his father after his death.

As that dream of Jon is absolutely crushed, he now has a very different view about the world, life and death. His death and subsequent resurrection has changed him fundamentally. This could be terrifying for fans who believe in a stereotypical Jon.
