The HBO series “Game of Thrones” Season 6 is set to premiere in April with Emilia Clarke reprising her role as Daenerys Targaryen. Joining Clarke are two Israeli actors Ania Bukstein and Yousef Sweid.

Both Bukstein and Sweid will have supporting roles on “ Game of Thrones” Season 6. Details on their respective roles are yet to be revealed.

Bukstein starred in several TV series before joining the cast of “Game of Thrones” Season 6. She played Irena Kovloca in “The Arbitrator” from 2007 to 2013 and played Asia Brinditch in “False Flag” more recently.

Sweid also appeared in some TV series before “Game of Thrones” Season 6. He played Shakir Khan in “American Odyssey” three years after playing Abdallah in “Prisoners of War.”

Bukstein and Sweid are not the first Israeli actors to audition for a role in “Game of Thrones.” Yuval Scharf, Neta Gerti and Leem Lubany also have auditioned in the past, according to Ynet News.

On the other hand, Clarke has played Daenerys Targaryen for five years before “Game of Thrones” Season 6. Before joining the cast of the HBO series, she appeared in one episode of the TV series “Doctors” and starred in the TV film “Triassic Attack.”

In November 2015, photos of Clarke captured by Patrick Demarchelier in Paris were featured in Dior. Five months before this, the “Game of Thrones” actress joined Johnny Depp, Robert Pattinson, Jennifer Lawrence, Charlize Theron, Marion Cotillard, Natalie Portman and Rihanna as Dior brand ambassadors.

Clarke just joined the roster of Dior brand ambassadors when “Game of Thrones” Season 5 ended in June 2015. Shortly after, she starred in the action sci-fi film “Terminator Genisys” opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Aside from reprising her role as Daenerys Targaryen in “Game of Thrones” Season 6, Clarke is also set to star in the drama thriller film “Voice from the Stone” and the drama film “Me Before You.” The latter is directed by Thea Sharrock and is set to be released on March 4.
