A storyboard of White Walker creation scene from “Game of Thrones” Season 6 has now been released online. The scene explained how the first White Walker was created. The Night’s King and the White Walker invasion is expected to be more significant as the season progresses.

[Spoiler alert]

Episode 5 of the TV series revealed how the very first White Walker was created. The Children of the Forest had created the creatures by stabbing a Dragon Glass into the heart of a captured man. The scene also revealed why the villains place the dead bodies in a circular design.

A story board of the scene has been posted on Making Game of Thrones. The circular designs of dead bodies are inspired by the rituals of the Children of the Forest. The scene reveals why the White Walkers are vulnerable to Dragon Glass, while all other metals fail to do them any harm.

Although the scene revealed the White Walkers were created to help the Children of the Forest protect themselves from the invasion of the First Men, it is still not clear if that was the Night’s King being created in “Game of Thrones” Season 6.

Hints about the origins of Night’s King have already been teased in the TV series as well as “A Song of Ice and Fire,” on which the show is based. In the books the Old Nan revealed that the villain was once a Commander of the Night’s Watch who ruled for 13 years. He was from the House Stark and his name was Brandon.

The Old Nan in the TV series told a similar tale to Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright). However, the visions of the past in “Game of Thrones” Season 6 prove that old tales can be misleading. More details about the Night’s King are expected to be revealed as the season progresses.
