Gwendoline Christie praised the script of “Game of Thrones” Season 6 in a recent interview. The actress talked a little about her character, but was not ready to tease any details about what to expect in the next season.

In an interview with Comic Book, Christie said that she loved playing her character. “I absolutely adore and love playing [Brienne of Tarth],” she said. The actress did not reveal what happens next with her character and explained that it would be “horribly disappointing” if she were to reveal anything about the next season.

Talking about the script of the next season, Christie said that it was “really, truly brilliant.” “It is my absolute pleasure to be a part of it,” she said.

When pressed to answer the fan favourite question about whether Jon Snow (Kit Harington) is still alive on the show, Christie said that she has only read the part about her character in the script and she said that she had no idea if Jon will be coming back in “Game of Thrones” Season 6.

Christie is not the only cast member who has praised the script of the next season. “Every year you go ‘What?! Whaaaat!?’ and having read these, it’s the same feeling again … there’s a lot to be very excited about,” Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister) had said previously, Variety reports.

Headey’s fellow cast member on the show Emilia Clarke also echoed similar sentiments about the script. “I’m looking forward to absolutely every part of it, it’s like go-go-go from episode one,” Clarke said. The actress also teased that “Game of Thrones” Season 6 doesn’t have scenes that act as a reminder to the audience about past events and characters. “it’s literally like ‘oh yeah, no chance to catch up, here you go, we’re just gonna hit you with it every episode, with something more mental than the last,'” Clarke said.
