The Dothraki will be featured in a big way in “Game of Thrones” Season 6. The show is also introducing a new character named Khal Moro. Cast members Emilia Clarke and Joseph Naufahu teased some details about the new Khal on the show in a recent interview.

Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Naufahu (Khal Moro) teased that the new Khal on the show is a “bit of a brute” because he is Dothraki. However, the one positive aspect of the character is that he is very loyal to not only the living but also the dead. The actor teased that there is some connection between his character and Khal Drogo (Jason Momoa).

The Dothraki will be escorting Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) to Vaes Dothrak and the trailer of the new season shows her being whipped on the way. However, Naufahu revealed that his character is not a chauvinist, like some of the other Dothraki.

Khal Moro’s long hair implies that he has never been beaten, Naufahu revealed. The actor had a tough time learning the Dothraki language to film his scenes for “Game of Thrones” Season 6. He had to remember not only his lines, but also the lines of the others in his scenes.

Clarke also had some difficulty with the Dothraki language. Although she had done many scenes with Dothraki in the past, it has been a long time and it took some time for her to get it all back. Despite her initial struggles, the actress helped Naufahu with the Dothraki language.

Describing one of the seasons in “Game of Thrones” Season 6, Naufahu recalled how nervous he was. The scene involved Khal Moro sitting with his two wives and bloodriders. Clarke on the other hand said that she was not sure what to expect in the new season. The actress teased that none of the characters are safe on the show and joked that Daenerys could die suddenly if she said something wrong to the producers.
