A woman is suing Disney for allegedly stealing her real life story for the film "Frozen". "Frozen" is one of the most successful films by Disney and according to IGN's report, Isabella Tanikumi has claimed that the production house has lifted the story from her autobiography "Yearnings of the Heart." In her autobiography, Tanikumi has written about her life in the Andean mountains of Peru and how it changed when she moved to America.

The lawsuit is reportedly worth $250 million. "In response to your query regarding Isabella Tanikumi's claim against Disney, she has requested that I email you the attached Complaint which was filed this past Monday in the Federal District Court. Ms. Tanikumi is a very private individual and does not wish to be interviewed at this time," said Tanikumi's lawyer to E!.

"Frozen" is said to be based on the novel by Hans Christian Andersen "The Ice Queen." It is a story of a princess who goes on a journey with an ice man, reindeer and a snowman. According to Tanikumi's claims even the name of the characters and their relationships are based on her life.

Meanwhile, Disney is currently planning to have a short sequel of "Frozen." It could come out next year. The film would be called "Frozen Fever" and would see Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf reunite. "Frozen" won the best animated film this year at the Academy Awards.
