Emily Blunt is currently riding high on the success of American musical fantasy "Into the Woods." She plays Baker's wife in the film and has received decent reviews for her performance. The 31-year-old is already a part of Rob Marshall's fantasy film, but she would reportedly not mind playing a role in "Frozen 2" if she is offered one.

According to Cinema Blend, when Blunt was asked about the possibility of playing a "princess in a neighbouring kingdom" in "Frozen 2"," she said she will be happy to do the role. "Wouldn't that be great? Who knows? She could be obsessed with flowers, or something," she said, as quoted by the website.

Blunt also expressed her happiness on Kristen Bell's performance. Bell is the voice of Princess Anna of Arendelle in "Frozen." Blunt said that Bell has "crushed" the series and she is "really happy for her." Meanwhile, the script and cast of "Frozen 2" have not yet been finalised. American actress and singer Idina Menzel, who is the voice of the Snow Queen Elsa in "Frozen," recently revealed that she is yet to sign the sequel and she is "just going along for the ride." The actress also said that the concerned team at Disney is currently trying to finalise the script, according to The Telegraph.

"Frozen," directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, was a massive commercial success. It made more than $1.3 billion at the worldwide box office and won a series of awards, including two Academy Awards, the Golden Globe Award for Best Animated Feature Film and the BAFTA Award for Best Animated Film and others. Menzel's song "Let It Go" also became a major hit.

Meanwhile, as a follow up to "Frozen," the makers have decided to release a short animated feature called "Frozen Fever." The film will be released in Spring 2015 along with Walt Disney Pictures' "Cinderella." The film will focus on Anna's birthday celebrations. Elsa and Kristoff will plan a party for Anna, but Elsa's power may spoil the celebrations, according to Hollywood Reporter. Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee will be helming the short feature. And, a new song by Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez is going to be included in the film.
