Disney has never been on a shortage of talented and lovely girls. In fact, the highly esteemed channel seems to continuously create a bunch of giggly and incredibly good-looking actresses from Hilary Duff to Miley Cyrus.

However, not all their former Disney princesses grew up to become great role models and live out a squeaky clean lives. Check out who among the Disney stars have become hot and who among them borders on the 'horrible.'

While Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera are two of the most well-known members of "The All New Mickey Mouse Club", but they're too washed up to be included in the list. It's best to start off with the 90's kids, namely Hilary Duff of "Lizzie Maguire" and Lindsay Lohan of "Herbie: Fully Loaded".

Hilary Duff may have only two controversies in her history worth noting, which would be her so-called battle with anorexia and the rift between her and Lindsay Lohan over Nick Carter. Now, Duff is far beyond what other Disney stars have become because she's finally settled down happily married and with a baby in the family. Duff had never been spotted getting drunk or partying late out at night, nor was she ever in any fashion fall-outs. It goes to show Duff has one-upped Lohan because she's definitely one hot role model.

Lindsay Lohan, who was considered to be Disney's golden girl for years might have lived the perfect life during the height of her career, but she just had to be involved in partying late, and driving under the influence. Lohan has had a history of complex family issues, especially that of her father and countless rehabilitation stints. Now, it looks as if Lohan is back in the game with a few acting gigs up her sleeve despite countless retorts of a few Lohan-haters. Given her history even with her fight to move forward, Lohan still falls under the horrible Disney role models.

Still under the 90's regime are three other notable Disney stars namely Anne Hathaway, Alsyon Michalka and Raven Symone. Before Anne had bared it all in "Love and Other Drugs" and in "Brokeback Mountain", Anne had been the geeky princess in the hit Disney films, "The Princess Diaries" and "The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement". Hathaway has become one of Hollywood's iconic actresses and had even been given a nod by the Academy. For that, Anne ranks as one of the hot role models.

"Phil of the Future's" Alyson Michalka might have had the role of the perky high school kid who had aims of being the next big reporter but her Disney days have been far from over as soon as she slipped on her cheering clothes for the television series, "Wild Cats". Alyson also starred alongside Emma Stone in the comedy flick, "Easy A". For never being caught drunk behind the wheel or in messy wardrobe malfunctions, Alyson ranks as one of Disney's hot role models.

The same rank goes to Raven Symone of "That's So Raven" and "The Cheetah Girls". While Disney may have currently stuck to thin-stick girls ruling their shows, their past shows showed that even curvier girls deserve the spotlight. Raven embodied such principle that kids who grew up watching her show still laugh at the hilarious antics on "YouTube" reruns.

Moving on to the next generation of Disney stars are "High School Musical's" Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale. While Vanessa may have initially given off the "innocent" vibe, when nude photos of the starlet came out, a few parents had disgustingly shook their head to a loud, "NO". Despite ruling the red carpet in her provocative attires and flaunting her beau, Austin Butler, Vanessa still falls under the horrible role models.

Ashley Tisdale may play the antagonist in "High School Musical" but in real life, she's a sweetheart. From making music, to dancing to films, Ashley still continues to have a heart of gold. Not once has she been spotted getting drunk, which earns her the title of a hot role model.

The finale would of course be between the latest Disney stars who had left off namely Miley Cyrus of "Hannah Montana", Selena Gomez of "Wizards of Waverly Place" and Demi Lovato of "Sonny with a Chance".

Getting into risqué attires, involved in salvia and weed controversies, and almost naked photos, Miley proves she's one girl "Who Can't be Tamed." this repution obviously earns her the rank of a horrible role model.

Selena Gomez who could probably trail behind Hilary Duff proved she's a triple threat with her singing, acting and dancing career, earning her the nod for Disney's hot role model. Demi Lovato who has been Gomez's best friend for years also earns the right to be called a hot role model despite being caught in health and mental controversies. Demi had taught girls around her the importance of never giving up and fighting back.
