A guy in China recently went through an odd experience of having a forehead nose after having severely damaged his original nose in a car accident. Hufftington Post reports that an infection ate away his entire nose including the cartilage. Hence, the doctors decided to fix the problem by growing it on his forehead instead and once it is ready, they will have its whole assemblage transferred on the original position of his nose.

Tree Man

Dede, the Indonesia guy who used to be dubbed as The Tree Man once had his entire body filled with warts. After having been troubled with his problem for almost 20 years, he finally went through surgery and 95% of his problem warts were taken out. He went through a total of 9 operations. According to the doctors who handled Dede's case, it was due to an infection called the Human Papilloma Virus. There is still a high possibility of regrowth but what makes it safe is that it won't threaten his life anymore.

Lakshmi, Toddler With 8 Limbs

This little toddler is born with four legs, four arms and additional internal organs. She went through successful procedure in India which took about 27 hours to finish. According to the doctors who handled her case, her life would not have been longer if surgery was not done.

Baby With "Earliest In-Utero Surgery"

It took Aussie surgeons to save the feet of baby while inside the womb of the mother way back in 2008. The procedure was said to be the earliest in-utero procedure in the entire world. The condition of the baby was caused by an amniotic band syndrome which is a congenital abnormality on the limb. It is a rare condition that it only happens in just 1 in every 12,000 to 15,000 live births. Without the successful surgery, the baby would have been born into this world without any feet.
