With the recently released list of Forbes for the highest paid celebrities under 30, there was pure girl power with female stars taking on the six spots.

Taylor Swift took the number one spot with an estimated earnings of $57 million between May of 2011 and May of 2012. This was all due to the hit albums of the young singer which have all been made platinum. All in all, the pop country star is one of the few who have sold at least 4 million copies for each album.

Add to that the concerts which gained an average earning of a million dollars per night plus Swift's endorsement projects like CoverGirl cosmetics. In Forbes' Celebrity 100 list for 2012, Swift was also included but ranked at 11th place.

Then there's Rihanna who earned about $53 million according to the stats. She ranked third on the list and most of her earnings came from her recent 85-night tour and her 'Talk That Talk' album that was made gold in the US. It launched the hit song 'We Found Love.' When it comes to endorsements, RiRi promotes products like Nivea lotion and Vita Coco.

Forbes gathered figures earned by these celebrities when it comes to their album sales, concert earnings, movie paydays, endorsements and the likes. They communicated with managers, lawyers and even agents of these stars and they did not include any athletes for this list.

Justin Bieber ranked second with $55 million and the only male in the first five on the list. At fourth place is Lady Gaga and at fifth is Katy Perry. At the young age of 27, the 'Wide Awake' singer is considered a divorced millionaire. She recently released her own 3D concert movie entitled 'Katy Perry: Part of Me' which earned $7 million during the weekend that it opened.
