Is Victoria Beckham trying to make a new a record of among celebrities who got back into shape after giving birth?

Just last month, the former Spice Girl singer and now a mother of four, gave birth to her first-baby girl, Harper Seven.

And it looks like David Beckham’s fashionista wife is all set to return to the spotlight and parade her enviable post-baby body at New York’s Fashion Week from September 8 to 15.

What’s the secret to her near-size-zero post-baby body? The “Five Hands Diet”!

It is called the “five hands diet” as it “consists of having just five handfuls of food a day”.

A source told Grazia Magazine that with the “Five Hands Diet”, Victoria is feeding only on tiny portions of smoked salmon, prawns with chili, yellow-fin tuna, sushi and scrambled eggs.

Grazia’s source claimed that the 37-year-old mother of four began with high-protein meals shortly after Harper Seven was born.

“Five days after giving birth, she started eating five high-protein meals a day accompanied by green vegetables, drinking gallons of water, and only snacking on goji berries and nuts,” the unnamed source said, according to the Daily Mail.

An earlier report by IBTimes AU noted that Beckham targets September 11 to return to the spotlight and share her post-pregnancy curves.

Reports early this month have it that Beckham has caged herself in a rented Malibu home to set her mind and body to getting back her pre-pregnancy body.

“Victoria wants to be in the best shape she can in time for New York Fashion Week,” a source was quoted as telling Grazia Magazine by The Daily Mail.

The Daily Mail is reporting that Beckham is following a strict “Five Hands” diet to get back to svelte size zero.
