California firefighters received a call from 911 of a request from a caller to help remove someone stuck inside the chimney in Woodcrest.

No, it wasn't Santa Claus because Christmas was two weeks ago. It was the ex-wife of Tony Hernandez. What made the rescue more interesting is that the 35-year-old woman was stark naked.

The ex-wife wanted to enter her former husband's house in the middle of the night but found all the doors locked, so she decided to go up the roof and enter via the chimney, just like the way Santa Claus is supposed to do during Christmas Eve.

Santa, even with his big tummy, fits in and never gets stuck, but the woman got stuck the 12 x 12 inch chimney opening even if she took off all her clothes to fit in, reports Mirror.

When she realised she was stuck while halfway down the chimney, she was forced to ask for help at 5 am, which woke up Hernandez who tried to pull her up using an extension cord to no avail and he almost fell down the roof, leaving him no option except to call 911.

It took the firefighters two hours to break the chimney and free the red-faced by soot-covered naked ex-wife whom Hernandez banned from coming near him or their three children.

He also needs need to replace his fireplace due to the damage caused by his former wife who was bought to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
