Apple never really offers discounts. Analysts note that the company never felt it needed to. It has been succeeding with just its products and the price they are. Apple Store makes sure that the price people pay for gives them all the support and exclusive services should they buy directly from the manufacturer. Nonetheless, this does not mean the company does not offer its products elsewhere. They do provide supplies to retailers excluding of specific services. According to MacWorld, this gives people the chance to walk away with a cheap Mac.

Checking Apple Store for the actual price will give consumers an idea of the margin the y can save from buying from another retailer. Another option is to go for reconditioned and second hand devices. Second hand Apple computers still remain gems. Users can look for partner tech sites and retailer for a good set of deals.

Otherwise, AppleInsider suggests signing up for exclusive discounts under retailers like MacMall. The site offers 3% discount coupons for readers looking to purchase MacBook Pros and MacBook Airs. Desktop discounts can range from $50-100 particularly on iMac 5ks and Mac Pros. The best part of the deal is that people can still get AppleCare with the devices.
