The team behind Square Enix has recently announced the upcoming purchasable editions of “Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age.” The reveal was made on March 10 through the PAX East 2017 event. It appears that there will be several available special editions that will be released before July 11.

The upcoming three special editions of “Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age” will be something to look forward to for gaming fans and collectors alike. These special edition packages, along with all the items included in it, will be sold exclusively at the Square Enix Store.

First off, there will be a total of three editions as previously mentioned. First is the Standard edition, second is the Limited edition and finally the Collector's edition.

For those planning to purchase the game’s standard edition, there will be a beautifully crafted artwork available and a reversible cover for the first print of the game in it. This, of course, is in addition to the game itself.

For those planning to choose the Limited Edition Steelbook version of the game, there will be a few more freebies included besides the game’s CD. The whole package will be enclosed in a hard casing that will feature art design by former Square Enix game artist Akihiko Yoshida.

The Limited edition set will also include a background music downloadable content (DLC). The DLC will include a digital code that can be used to unlock the game’s original soundtrack and background music. The Limited edition is priced at US$50 (AU$66.06).

For fans who strive to collect the best edition packages of games, the Collector's edition is the perfect option for them. The Collector's edition set will also have a steelbook case similar to the Limited edition set. The difference is that this particular steelbook case will be showcasing exclusive art available only for this particular edition.

In addition, the set will also include an exclusive “Judge Magisters” bust set. The set will be featuring the Judges Bergan, Drace, Gabranth, Ghis and Zargabaath. This edition will also include a total of six art cards. The cards will include graphic arts of Ashe, Vaan, Basch, Balthier and Fran, Penelo and the World of Ivalice.

To wrap up the Collector's edition package, a code will be available for players who would want to download the digital soundtrack of the game. Per the details posted in the UnGeek website, this edition will be priced at US$200 (AU$264.24).

But for those who would want to pre-order the game on the PlayStation store site, there will also be several freebies included for their purchase. Other information about the game can be seen on the said site.

Upon finishing their transaction, players will be able to get a four-track music compilation of the game that is composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto. In addition, the pre-order will also include the official “Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age” PlayStation 4 static theme. Players can now get to pre-order the game for the price of US$49.99 (AU$66.05).

“Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age” is one of the many remastered projects of Square Enix. Other remastered games include “Final Fantasy VII” and “Kingdom Hearts.” The game is scheduled to have its debut on the PlayStation 4 platform on July 11, 2017.
