E.L. James best-selling erotica novels, "Fifty Shades of Grey" continue to take the world by storm. In fact, a lot of fans and celebrities alike are hyped to know who among Hollywood's hottest managed to nab the lead roles of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele. Two new actresses have been included in the mix of potential stars set to play Anastasia Steele. Who are they and who is better?

"Fifty Shades of Grey" is not like the average romance novel. The book comes with a hell lot of twists and pleasurable pain. This is all the more reason why a lot of readers are hooked on the novels so much so that even casting for the film is buzzed about.

Universal Studios is yet to find a director to fill out the seat. With that news, fans are patiently waiting for the cast to be announced and while the big reveal, potential actors and actresses have been rounded up to play the lead roles of Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey.

Matt Bomer of "White Collar" may be in the lead among various web polls but "The Vampire Diaries" star, Ian Somerhalder continues to be a fan favourite across social networking sites. Even author E.L. James is a fan of Ian Somerhalder as Christian Grey.

The big question now is: who would play Anastasia Steele opposite Ian Somerhalder as Christian Grey? Fans of "The Vampire Diaries" say on and off screen girlfriend, Nina Dobrev is suitable for the role of Ana. However, Nina Dobrev had already stated no to the role if Ian managed to nab the lead role of Christian Grey. Why so?

"I don't know if that's a good idea. I think it's best for any of the actors on Vampire Diaries to kind of do their own things ... and create new characters. And as much as you try when you shoot a movie, if it's two of the same people, the fans will always see you as ... they'll see you as Elena and they'll see him as Damon if we do the film together," explained Nina in an interview with the Celebrity Café.

If Nina wouldn't be able to play Ana then who would be suitable as Ian's pair? Well, web polls have paired Ian Somerhalder with Mila Kunis and the results are astounding. Yet, would the pairing even have chemistry onscreen?
