Die-hard fans of E.L. James' best-selling erotica novel, "Fifty Shades of Grey," continue to speculate on an official cast for the film adaptation. Late last week, Chris Evans, Charlie Hunnam and Bryce Thompson were three new additions said to be in the running for the part of Christian Grey. Now, the latest addition for the part is none other than Christian Cooke.

Universal Studios and Focus Features were certainly taking things slow with regards to the production of "Fifty Shades of Grey." The casting call for the film might have been announced early this month, but so far, an official cast has yet to be announced. Producers may have released the qualifications for the parts of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele to the public. Yet, so far, all the "qualified" actors and actresses up for the part all simply claim to be "interesting choices" by the production studio.

The latest "choice" for the part of Christian Grey this week seemed to be Christian Cooke. Cooke is one Hollywood celebrity who is under the radar. Of his projects, Christian Cooke is known for his part in "Dr Who," "Demons" and "Where the Heart Is." With regards to James' statement that she'd most likely cast someone "unknown" for the part of Grey and Steele, Cooke seemed like the perfect choice.

Also, Christian Cooke falls into the right age qualification laid out by the producers. Universal Studios and Focus Features wanted male actors running for the part of Grey to be between the ages of 25 and 33. Christian Cooke is currently 26 years of age.
