Best known for his bestselling novel "The Fault In Our Stars," John Green will soon debut his first acting performance in the film adaptation of his book. But fans of the book were left disappointed that his scene was not included on the movie's final cut but Buzzfeed recently revealed that fans can watch the deleted scenes through "The Night Before Our Stars."

An advance screening of TFIOS, "The Night Before Our Stars" features behind the scenes footages, deleted scenes, cast Q&A and musical performances the night before the movie premieres on June 6. Green's scene is an adapted version when Hazel Grace played by Shailene Woodley was approached by a child about her nasal cannula.

But on the film's version, the scene took place in an airport and the child was with her dad played by the author himself. Uttering a three-word apology, "I'm so sorry," Green recalled that he was so nervous that his first few takes are terrible that he needed to seek advice from his co-star Sofie Guest.

"My first couple attempts at the scene came off pretty poorly," said Green in an interview posted on the Web site. "At some point, the girl playing my daughter said, 'Would you like some acting advice?' I said that I would indeed. 'Three rules,' she said. 'Know your lines, be on time, and don't be nervous.' I couldn't ever quite get the hang of the not being nervous part, but I will long remember that girl's sage and empathetic advice, which applies to more than just acting."

Now debuting his acting cameo on "The Fault In Our Stars" advance screening, Green will also appear together with the film's leads stars (Shailene Woodley, Ansel Elgort and Nat Wolff) and director Josh Boone. The simulcast screening will be available for the fans who purchase the tickets for June 5 and the event will begin at 8:30 P.M. ET/5:30 P.M. PT.

Now a mega bestseller, the movie follows 16-year-old cancer patient who falls in love with a boy she meets in a support group. A one sick love story, "The Fault In Our Stars" is a story about two teenagers who are in a journey of finding love and tragic circumstances of being alive.
