Diesel During 'Fast & Furious 6' Premiere At Universal Citywalk, Los Angeles

"Fast & Furious 7" trailer date has been officially announced. The first official trailer of Paul Walker's last film will be released on Nov. 1. The new movie is called "Furious 7." The production house, Universal, has made this announcement on the film's official Facebook page, which currently has more than 51.5 million followers.

In addition to the live streaming of the trailer on the film's Facebook page, at noon PT on Nov 1, the trailer will also be aired on E! channel. Moreover, fans can ask questions to the cast and crew either by posting a video on "Furious 7's" Instagram page or by typing #AskFurious7 in the search tag. They can also leave questions in the comment section of the Facebook page.

The official statement by Universal says, "The road to FURIOUS 7 starts here. Because of our fans, our saga has grown bigger and better with every chapter. In just 7 days, we will reveal the first trailer for our next instalment - FURIOUS 7 - at The Road to Furious 7: Trailer Launch Event at Universal Studios in Los Angeles." As a prelude to the first "Furious 7's" trailer, video from behind-the scenes moments will be uploaded on the Facebook page. A seven-minute video is expected to be released everyday. The first video, which features a tribute to the late actor Paul Walker, has already gone live on the "Furious 7's" Facebook page.

The film is slated to release on April 3, 2015. It is the sequel to "Fast & Furious 6: Tokyo Drift." The new film's story is speculated to pick up from one of the Fast gang's members death, Hans. "The Conjuring" fame director James Wan is helming the film. It is said that he took inspiration from his 2007 film "Death Sentence" while shooting the film.

Vin Diesel is returning to reprise his role as Dominic Toretto. Paul Walker's character Brian O' Connor will be saying goodbye. The other cast members of the film include Ludacris, Jordana Brewster, Ludacris, Dwayne Johnson, Cody Walker, Caleb Walker, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Lucas Black and others.
