Miles Teller, one of the cast members of “Fantastic Four” reboot, spoke about what he hopes to see in the final cut of the movie. The actor will be playing the role of the comic book character Reed Richards in the upcoming movie.

The final cut of the “Fantastic Four” reboot should contain some humour, according to Miles Teller. “You should have some laughs in there,” the actor told MTV during the SXSW Film Festival. The actor was there to promote “The Divergent Series: Insurgent,” which is slated to be released on March 19, 2015 in Australia.

The character from the franchise that has often been used for comic relief in the comic books and the cartoons is Ben Grimm, also known as The Thing. Miles Teller hopes to see the character say “It’s clobbering time” in the upcoming movie. The Thing is known for saying this dialogue just before he goes to fight the enemy in the comics and in the cartoons.

Miles Teller, however, said that the producers of the “Fantastic Four” reboot had instructed him not to read too many comics. “We were looking to kind of put our stamp on it,” the actor explained. The movie will be based on the comic book characters but they will reportedly be brought “up to date,” the actor added.

One notable change that the fans can see in the upcoming movie is that the character Johnny Storm will be played by Michael B. Jordan. The character is the brother of Sue Storm and the role was previously played by Chris Evans in the previous movies from the franchise.

Talking about a possible crossover with the “X-Men” franchise, Miles Teller said that he would love to “kick it with Wolverine.” The actor pointed out one problem with the potential meeting of the two characters when he said “I don’t know what we would talk about, but…” The role of Logan or Wolverine is currently being played by Hugh Jackman in the movies.

“Fantastic Four” franchise will be returning to the movie theaters after eight years. Some of the cast members in the upcoming movie include Miles Teller as Mr. Fantastic, Jamie Bell as The Thing, Kate Mara as Sue Storm, Michael B. Jordan as Johnny Storm and Toby Kebbell as Victor Domashev.
