Bryan Lee, a former trooper from the state of Ohio, has done the unimaginable to the women motorists he flagged down as he carried his duties. What was supposed to be an application of the law turned into booty sessions. Lee has pleaded guilty to coercing women motorists into sex acts in exchange of slapping them a violation ticket.

Lee has admitted to four counts of violating the civil rights of his victims. He is also charged with one count of cyberstalking, which involved him sending threatening messages to a woman he pulled over. It was learned he committed the violations against the women even while they were in handcuffs or detained.

Lee has been a member of the force for eight years prior to his resignation in October 2013, the time his superiors noticed something unusual with how he conducted his duties and operations. What put the spotlight on Lee were the dash camera recordings in Lee's cruiser which the Ohio State Highway Patrol checked as part of routine inspection. Watching them, authorities noticed Lee's inappropriate conduct with a female driver and passenger who he had had stopped for a traffic violation.

Further investigation revealed an almost decade-long list of multiple instances of administrative and criminal misconduct. OSP called on the FBI to assist. Lee tendered his position upon learning of the investigation against him.

"The conversations that he was having, they didn't seem to be quite as work related as they should be. The questions that he was asking didn't really seem to pertain to the stop, so at that point we began to investigate a little bit further into the incident," 10TV quoted Lt. Craig Cevetan, Public Affairs Commander Ohio Highway Patrol.

In his plea agreement, Lee admitted doing the sexual encounters with the victims in exchange to dropping charges against them. It was also learned he harassed and threatened some of the victims.

Investigators said that during the sexual encounters, Lee would turn off his microphone. He would conduct his lewd behaviour outside the view of the camera inside his patrol cruiser. One of his victims told investigators he asked to take her picture without her top on. They later had sex near an abandoned gas station, and in exchange, Lee tore up her speeding ticket afterwards.

If found guilty, Lee could face nine years in federal prison and thousands of dollars in fines. Dayton Daily News has the timeline of his misdemeanours.
