One of Desperate Housewives stars, Eva Longoria is now available in the love market after her divorce with French NBA star husband, Tony Parker, has been finalized in a Texas court.

TMZ reported that the spokesman for Parker told celebrity magazine, People, that the court has officially stamped the celebrity couple’s papers, ending their marriage of almost four years.

According to the Agence France Presse, Longoria and Parker tied the knot in a ‘lavish French chateau’ in 2007. Citing ‘irreconcilable differences’, the actress filed for divorce in November last year.

The legal action came when her husband's scandalous cheating was made public late last year. The 28-year-old star has discovered text message exchanges between Parker and the wife of Brent Barry, the NBA star's former teammate at San Antonio Spurs.

Longoria and Parker had a pre-nuptial agreement one month before their wedding, but People magazine noted, that this was updated after two years. Before the controversial split-up, Longoria told everyone that they planned to raise a family in the United States and this was not consummated despite pregnancy rumors.

Longoria, said AFP had always been supportive of her husband, often pictured at the side court watching Parker's game. She was also seen watching basketball game with her former husband.
