An emotional Apple commercial that promotes Mac, iPhone and iPad has gone viral on YouTube. Just a day since it was uploaded on YouTube, the 90-minute clip titled “Apple- The Song” has racked up more than 1.5 million views.

In the commercial, a young girl goes through some albums until she comes across an old photo inside a record album, which is apparently of her grandmother who sings an old-fashioned jazz song’s a cappella version.

Upon hearing the song, the girl creates a duet of her singing with her grandmother and leaves a re-recording of the song with her own vocals on their kitchen table as a surprise gift for her grandmother.

Having been performed by several artists throughout the years, the song titled “Love Is Here to Stay” was reportedly composed by George Gershwin with lyrics by Ira Gershwin for the 1938 movie “The Goldwyn Follies.”

Meanwhile, Apple is giving a customized IncaseStaple Backpack with an Apple logo to its employees as a special gift. The item is already sold at $99.99 on eBay with a Buy It Now price.

With its ability to bring two generations together, the “Apple- The Song” clip features emotionality through technology. Watch Apple’s emotional commercial here:
