Emish X800 TV Box is yet another Android TV box from a Chinese manufacturer. It is a unique device that comes with two Wi-Fi antennas that makes it appear like a Wi-Fi router.

The Emish X800 TV box only measures 18 x 11 x 302 cm and it weighs only 174 grams. Since it is running on the latest Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS, it can run almost any Android app. Most of the other Android TV boxes do not feature the latest Lollipop build. The other devices usually come with Android 4.4 KitKat onboard.

The device is powered by Rockchip 3368 chipset that features a 64-bit octa-core processor and PowerVR G6110 for delivering high-performance graphics. It is supported by 1 GB of RAM. The internal storage of the device is 8 GB, but it comes with an external storage that allows users to add up to 16 GB of microSD.

With XBMC support, the device can support well-known audio and video formats. For connectivity, the Emish X800 Android TV box is equipped with Wi-Fi DLNA, two USB 2.0 slots, v4.0 Bluetooth, infrared remote control support and a mini HDMI 2.0 connector for directly hooking it up with an HD TV. It is also equipped with an Ethernet cable connectivity slot.

By simply connecting the Emish X800 to the television, users can enjoy their favourite apps and streaming services on their TV. The device is listed with a price tag of $62 (AUD $86) on Gear Best. The product listing shows that Gear Best is selling it with a discount of 22 percent as its regular price is $80 (AUD $111).

The package of the device contains the TV Box, an HDMI cable, a remote control, AV cable, power adapter and product manual. The Chinese retailer is also offering free delivery services for buyers across the globe. Since the retailer is selling the product worldwide, the device supports up to 24 languages.
